Midtown East at 1:3600 Scale

In March of 2024, we delivered a four foot by three foot, 1:3600 scale model of midtown to the Monogram NYC sales gallery.

This was our first larger scale model to include early design versions of both 175 Park Avenue and 270 Park Avenue, the two midtown supertall towers that will change the NYC skyline drastically over the next few years.
