Refund policy

We want you to be completely satisfied with your Microscape models. Because they're produced on-demand, we can only accept order cancellations up to 24 hours from the time the order is placed. After that, orders are in production and cannot be cancelled.

Once you have received your order, you may choose to return it for a full refund less shipping costs within 30 days of delivery -- provided it is in new, undamaged condition and in its original packaging.

If you receive your order and it appears to have been damaged in shipping, we will replace it at no charge. We ask that you send photos of the damaged product(s) that clearly show any breakage to:

We will then arrange return shipping for the damaged product(s) and produce/ ship your replacement(s) ASAP.

Exchanges

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange an item, please send us an email at service@microscape.co and we'll send you a pre-paid return shipping label. Use the label to ship your order back to us in its original packaging.

Unless your item was damaged during shipment to you, you will be responsible for return shipping costs. If you received an item or items damaged during shipping, we will cover the cost of return shipping.

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you will vary.

If you are shipping an item over $100, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item, as we have no control over the shipping process.
