Celebrating The Sphere

In September of 2023, we designed and produced 200 custom gift models for the Madison Square Garden Entertainment Corporation. 

This two inch by eleven inch rectangular block was meant to commemorate the opening of the Sphere theater in Las Vegas.  The piece brings together MSGE's five landmark entertainment venues in a single, sculptural object.

The model is split into five equal sections, with the copper plated venues arranged in chronological order, centered in each section and surrounded by a little bit of their context, all at 1:5000 scale.

The name of each venue and its opening date is inset into the side of each section:

• Beacon Theater, December 24th, 1929
• Radio City Music Hall, December 27th, 1932
• Madison Square Garden, February 11th, 1968
• Sphere, September 29th, 2023
